Enroll in the Living With Type 2 Diabetes program and let us guide you through your first year with type 2 diabetes.
Eligibility Considerations
Certain circumstances may disqualify an individual or group from receiving an award. Nominees will not be considered for the following reasons:
- Current national committee chairs and members are not eligible for an award selected by the committee on which they serve.
- Individuals who have received a national award from the American Diabetes Association in the three years prior to any given nominations cycle are not eligible.
- Current American Diabetes Association Executive Committee members or individuals who have held a national officer position within the past three years are not eligible.
- Current staff members are not eligible for consideration for these awards. Former staff members are not eligible for consideration for three years past their date of separation.
