Call to Congress

This past March, more than 200 volunteer Diabetes Advocates from across the nation came together in Washington, DC for the Association’s premier advocacy event, Call to Congress.
Advocates met with legislators to educate them about the diabetes epidemic and help make diabetes a national priority. A press conference also took place and advocates not present in the nation’s capitol participated in a call-in day to have their voices heard with their representatives.
