| A Little Exercise Goes a Long Way |
| |
| You don't have to spend hours exercising to look and feel better!
Just 30 minutes a day will do. You can even split it up into 2 or
3 parts. Try a 10-minute walk after every meal. Or think of ways
to build extra activity into your day. You don't have to go to a
gym. Just walk, wash the car, weed the garden, or clean the house.
The choice is yours. |
