A Little Exercise Goes a Long Way

You don't have to spend hours exercising to look and feel better! Just 30 minutes a day will do. You can even split it up into 2 or 3 parts. Try a 10-minute walk after every meal. Or think of ways to build extra activity into your day. You don't have to go to a gym. Just walk, wash the car, weed the garden, or clean the house. The choice is yours.

Exercise helps in a lot of ways.
It helps you deal with stress.
It lowers your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
It uses up extra sugar in your blood and helps your own insulin work better.
It makes your heart and bones strong.
It helps bloodflow and tones muscles.
It keeps your body and your joints flexible.
