how Mary made a plan for adding exercise to her daily routine.

What's my goal for exercise?
Mary's answer: I want to be more active so I look and feel
better.

Why haven't I exercised before?
Mary's answer: I didn't exercise before because I thought
I didn't have time.

How can I work around this problem?
Mary's answer: I'll choose exercise that I can do at home
and that won't take a lot of time.

Here's my plan (what I'll do, when, and how long I'll do it):
Mary's plan: Every day I'll walk to the mailbox. I'll walk
the dog for 15 minutes after dinner.

Mary's answer: I need walking shoes that fit well.

Mary's answer: If it's raining, I'll walk inside.
