Everyone agrees walking can be the best way to maintain or achieve a healthy mind and body -- no matter your age, fitness level, or physical condition. Walking every day is natural, safe and fun. Beyond the many health benefits that you gain from walking, we at ClubPed are excited for you to join us. In fact, we have some rewards to share with you!

You already walk every day. Now all you have to do is track your walking steps. Set a goal and start walking. You can walk alone, walk with a friend, or join one of the online groups here at ClubPed.

The only things you need are a good pair of walking shoes and a step counter or a pedometer. A pedometer is an inexpensive tool that tracks and monitors your progress. The Small Steps Big Rewards Walking Kit includes a pedometer that needs no calibration. It records your number of steps and is a perfect complement to ClubPed.




ClubPed features an online Tracker to help you easily monitor your progress so you can stay on target. You can also choose one of two rewards: an Evolving Story or a Virtual Dog. Both give fun rewards as you reach your walking goals.
