Step Two
- Download and complete the ADA Financial Assistance Application.
- E-mail the application with the required proof of income to youth@diabetes.org or if you prefer, mail to Youth Initiatives, Attn. Jasmine Pridgen, 1701 N. Beauregard Street, Alexandria VA 22311.
Camperships will be awarded to families with demonstrated financial need. Check out our award template to see if your family meets our income guidelines for aid.
Step Three
- Look for a return communication from ADA notifying you of the amount of assistance you can receive. ADA will verify your registration and acceptance at the Camp you are attending and mail the Financial Aid check in your child's name directly to the Camp.
- If you receive partial assistance, you will need to send a payment for the remaining balance to the Camp.
- Families who fail to attend Camp and do not notify the Camp will not be eligible for future Financial Assistance from the Association.
