Vermont - ADA Winter Weekend
 The American Diabetes Association is pleased to present the 27th Annual Winter Weekend at the Hulbert Outdoor Center in Fairlee, Vermont. Registration deadline is February 8-10, 2008
Winter Weekend offers a unique opportunity for teens with diabetes to come together for three days of sharing, education and fun. Its an experience that can change lives forever, as teens gain an increased understanding of diabetes and improve their self-management skills.
The program is staffed by a team of highly qualified medical professionals and counselors, all volunteering their time for this important cause. The team includes a pediatric endocrinologist, diabetes educators, nurses, dietitians and camp counselors who will provide support and guidance throughout the weekend.

Participant Ages: 13 to 17
Fees: Vermont Residents: $ 75.00; Non-Residents: $150.00
($25 Non- refundable deposit is included in the fee)
