Coming Soon: New Risk Assessment Tool
Thank you for your interest in the MyHealthAdvisor risk assessment tool.
We retired MyHealthAdvisor on Dec. 30, 2011; it is no longer available.
New Tool Coming Soon
We will have a new, improved online risk assessment tool in place in the first half of 2012.
This new tool will provide the same sort of analysis as MyHealthAdvisor but will be easier to use and provide faster results.
We will make a major announcement through all of our communication channels when the new tool is unveiled later this year.
In the Meantime
We have a number of other tools to help you assess your risk for diabetes and track your progress in maintaining good health.
Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test
A good, quick assessment of your risk for type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes 24/7

Body Mass Index Calculator
Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is one indicator of your risk for type 2 diabetes.
