About Camp Hendon

Camp Hendon is a week-long overnight camp experience specifically designed for children with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. It is designed and operated by the American Diabetes Association of Southwest Ohio and Kentucky. Camp Hendon will be held at Camp KYSOC in Carrollton, Kentucky.

Campers are managed every moment of the day by trained counselors, nurses, doctors, and dieticians. All staff participate in training prior to Camp, and undergo extensive background checks.
