With an emphasis on fun, Camp John Warvel is an American Diabetes Association resident Camp held at the YMCA Camp Crosley in North Webster. It offers a unique learning atmosphere for children with diabetes to acquire new skills in caring for their diabetes according to their developmental levels. Positive attitudes about diabetes and self- confidence in diabetes management are instilled through education, encouragement and example |
