Ingredients

Dressing
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Splenda

Salad
10-oz bag spinach salad
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted


Cooking Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

  2. In a large bowl, add salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.

Nutrition Tip: Not only is this salad a beautiful dish to serve, but it is also full of great nutrition. The spinach is a low-carb source of folic acid, the strawberries provide fiber and vitamin C, and the almonds offer healthy monounsaturated fats.
