Workplace Giving for Employees

Donate at Work

Designate the American Diabetes Association for regular payroll deductions during your annual workplace giving campaign. It’s an easy and convenient way to give.

Also, if the American Diabetes Association is not included in the list of charities of your employer’s workplace giving campaign, ask that it be added. Your employer will find everything they need in the section below.

Combined Federal Campaign

Combined Federal Campaign

If you are a Federal civilian, postal or military employee you can join the cause to help Stop Diabetes® by designating the American Diabetes Association during your local CFC campaign held annually.

American Diabetes Association offices participate locally in many of the CFC campaigns across the country each year. However, if there is not a local Association office in your campaign, you can still donate through payroll deduction by writing #11235 on the campaign Workplace Giving Form.

Employer Donation Match

Many employers match charitable contributions made by their employees. Find out if your company has a matching gift program.

Workplace Giving Resources

If your company conducts its own workplace giving campaign, below you can find Association logos, a Mission Profile Statement and other helpful tools to include in your campaign. For questions on these or any other matter, contact the American Diabetes Association office nearest you, or call our Center for Information and Community Support at 1-800-DIABETES (800-342-2383).
