Combined Federal Campaign
If you are a Federal civilian, postal or military employee you can join our the cause by designating the American Diabetes Association during your local CFC campaign held annually.
American Diabetes Association offices participate locally in many of the CFC campaigns across the country each year. However, if there is not a local Association office in your campaign, you can still donate through payroll deduction by writing #11235 on the campaign Workplace Giving Form.
