When You Take the Risk Test - A donation goes directly to the Association!

In support of Alert Day, from March 26 through April 9, 2013, Boar's Head, manufacturer of premium delicatessen products for over 100 years, is donating $5 for every Diabetes Risk Test taken to help Stop Diabetes, up to $50,000. The Diabetes Risk Test is a simple test to find out your risk for developing type 2 diabetes. And don't forget to share it with your friends and family – everyone needs to know their risk for diabetes!

Slimming World Supports the American Diabetes Association Alert Day!
