Think about your home, your workplace, and the neighborhood you live in. Many of us are simply surrounded by food – it is a part of most holiday occasions, events at work, and visits with friends and family.

Many of us also have the habit of eating in front of the TV or the computer. Most advertisements on TV and in magazines are for unhealthy, highly-processed foods or fast food.

Some things you have a lot of control over – like the foods you buy and keep in your home. Others you have much less control over, like whether your neighborhood is safe for walking or running outside.
