Purpose
The purpose of the American Diabetes Association Interest Group on Education is to review and discuss educational principles and practice, to address dilemmas faced by diabetes educators in providing care to patients, to stimulate the scientific investigation of educational processes and strategies, and to conduct programs related to teaching/learning principles and their effect on the health of people with diabetes.
