The American Diabetes Association honored several of its volunteers for  outstanding contributions in the fight to Stop Diabetes at the Association’s Community Volunteer Leadership Conference this past weekend in New Orleans. These volunteers made significant contributions to the Association’s Stop Diabetes movement on a national and local level.

SHARE Leadership Award - These volunteers demonstrated in their community a significant and ongoing ability to recruit, train, and motivate local volunteers by sharing their passion, time, commitment and enthusiasm in a leadership role on a committee, event or community leadership board.
