American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions Embargo Change

San Francisco (June 5, 2008) –The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is announcing that there is a change in the time of the embargo on the following clinical trial results, which will be presented at its 68th Scientific Session:
ADVANCE (Action in Diabetes and Vascular Disease)
ACCORD (Action to Control Cardiovascular Risk in Diabetes) – Previously scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, at 7:30 a.m. PDT.
The NEW embargoed time is FRIDAY, JUNE 6, 2008 at 2 PM PDT (5 PM EDT).
