Wizdom Kits for Diabetes Care Providers

Thank you for your interest in our Wizdom kit! We provide Wizdom kits free to families dealing with diabetes. Unfortunately at this time our financial support cannot sustain sending free kits to diabetes care providers or others who are not parents of children with diabetes. We hope you understand.
