Add special meaning to your milestone occasions with a tax-deductible donation to fight diabetes.

For your next special occasion, honor a loved one and guests with a donation in their name to fight diabetes. Announce your donation with personalized table tent cards, scrolls or bookmarks (click on photo at right for enlarged view), plus invitation cards.

A special occasion donation is a more meaningful alternative to traditional party favors and is perfect for:

• Bar Mitzvahs
• Bat Mitzvahs
• Birthdays
• Bridal Showers
• Graduations
• Other special occasions
  

Once you complete your donation, you will have the opportunity to select and personalize your announcements. Donations are tax-deductible, not including the cost of services and goods. See our Special Occasion Donation FAQ for more information.

If you are attending a special occasion and would like to give a donation but do not need gift announcements, please use our Honor Donation Form.

Please Note:

• We recommend 4 tent cards per table. You will be given the opportunity to select and personalize your announcements and specify an exact quantity once you complete your donation.
• We suggest a donation of $2-$5 per guest. The minimum wedding donation to receive personalized announcements is $200.
• Previous donations for specific ADA events do not qualify for special occasion favors. To be eligible for special occasion favors, you must make an additional donation using this online form.
