About the Camp
Camp Aurora is a day camp for children with diabetes. The program offers an exciting week of outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, horseback riding and canoeing, while learning valuable lessons on positive diabetes management.
The American Diabetes Association is committed to providing educational information and referral services for children with diabetes and their families, advocating for fair and quality treatment of children with diabetes in schools, and increasing federal funding for diabetes research.
Fee includes camp t-shirt, group photo, snacks and medical supplies.
Camper Fee: $150
Fee waived for Cook Children's Hospital patients and siblings. Siblings accepted based on availability—first come, first served.

Camp is now full, however, we are still accepting applications for our waitlist. To be added to the waitlist for possible openings, please complete the online application. You must select a payment option in order for the application to be submitted. Select "Pay Entire Balance by Check" but do not mail a check. If space becomes available, you will be contacted and payment can be made at that time.
