The 2013 Chicago EXPO takes place on April 13, 2013 at McCormick Place, Lakeside Center, Chicago.

Family Fun Area

Youth ZoneFor more than 18 years, EXPO has brought over 75,000 healthcare providers, businesses, caregivers and people living with diabetes under one roof with the mutual goal to Stop Diabetes. In its first year in Chicago, the event attracted more than 4,000 attendees. Today EXPO is held at McCormick Place, Lakeside Center and it draws more than 10,000 people from across the Chicagoland area!

What you can expect:

  • 75+ Exhibitors including: Insulin Pumps, Glucose Meters and CGM companies and much more!
  • Watch how-to product demonstrations and experience hands on learning with the newest diabetes products on the market.
  • Engaging workshops for children and adults including Freedom Paws Assistance Dogs and Anthony Heard MSW, LCSW discussing family life with diabetes.
  • Live, healthy cooking demonstrations from celebrity chef Bobby Dean at the Healthy Eating stage.
  • Amazing balloons creation and entertainment by R.C. Juggles & Company from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Stop by the Walgreens area to receive a FREE A1c test.
