Alert Day at Hearthstone Health and Fitness
With support from Shore Health, Choptank Health, Hill's Pharmacy and the American Diabetes Association, Hearthstone will be having a special program focused on Diabetes awareness and lifestyle. We will have a day filled with programs on Diabetes Nutrition, Exercise, lifestyle and even blood glucose screening. ADA will also be conducting risk analysis on individuals who are not currently diabetic. This program will run from 1 to 7pm and is open to not only Hearthstone members but also the community at large.
