Over 26.8 million Americans are affected by diabetes. People in New Jersey are increasingly feeling the effects of diabetes as approximately 800,000 New Jerseyans battle diabetes and prediabetes every day. Many of them don't even know it! It is estimated that one in three Americans will have diabetes by the year 2050, if current trends continue.
The American Diabetes Association's New Jersey's office is dedicated to ensuring the before mentioned statistic does not become a reality by raising funds for research, programing and advocacy. The NJ office is committed to educating the public about how to stop diabetes and support those living with the disease through our many fundraising events. Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes? Enroll in our FREE Living with Type 2 Diabetes program.
If you would like a representative from the Association to attend an event or if you need materials for distribution, please fill out this form. When complete, call our office at 732-469-7979. We will need three weeks notice to order materials.
