Thank you for your efforts in support of our newly launched Volunteer Center!

Where Do You Want to Go with Us?
Whether you are a young professional, a busy parent juggling family and work, someone who’s well established within your field, or a retiree - if you are passionate about the diabetes cause, we will help you find a place with the American Diabetes Association that fits your life.
Event Volunteers
Special Events activities represent a significant segment of the Association's overall fundraising plan. They also serve to introduce the Association's mission and vision to communities throughout the country, while providing enhanced visibility to businesses and corporations that participate in or sponsor events. These events include Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes, The Cure Ball, and our Tour de Cure cycling event.
Individuals who are committed and willing to lend their time, talent, skills, and smiles are encouraged to volunteer on the day of an event or join our various groups to help plan, organize, set up and prepare for our various events throughout the year. We encourage community groups, clubs, organizations, employers, and family members to start a group and volunteer together. It’s a great way to improve your community and to get acquainted with others who share you passion to help us in our fight to stop diabetes.
Health Fair Volunteers
Individuals who are able to commit their time and willing to share their passion to educate others about diabetes are encouraged to participate in our Health Fairs. Volunteers travel to various health fairs and staff our tables. Responsibilities include setting up displays and disseminating diabetes pamphlets. Health Fairs are held during weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
Internships
