This group meets the second Wednesday of every month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Lakeside Memorial Family Wellness Center, 156 West  Avenue in Brockport. For more information, contact 585-395-6044.

Clifton Springs Hospital Support Group

A Diabetes Education and Support Group for adults meets the second Wednesday of each month from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, 2 Counter Road in Clifton Springs. For more information contact Diabetes Health Center at 315-462-0220.

Geneva Adult Education/ Support Group

Call for individual counseling. Third Wednesday of every month Geneva General Hospital. Contact 315-787-4006.

Diabetes Self Management

4 sessions each month. Fee is $150. Contact 585-344-5331 for more details.

Diabetes Self Management Group

This group emphasizes self-management techniques and provides free self management testing. Please call Rochester Clinical Research at 288-0890 for a schedule an further inquires.

Pre-Diabetes Education/Exercise Classes

This ten week series will focus on prevention of diabetes with education and exercise. Heritage Christian Services. Contact 585-487-3500 for upcoming groups.

Medina Support Group

Penn Yann Group

This support group meets the first Thursday of every month at 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. St. Mark's Terrace. Contact 315-787-4006.

Sweden Community Center

This support group meets on the second Friday of every month from 10:30 p.m. to Noon at the Sweden Community Center. Contact 395-6095 for more information.

Livingston Area Diabetes Support Group

Livingston County Department of Health- Bldg. 2, Room 201. Call Susan Rountree at 243-7299 for details and times. Offered in January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December on the second Tuesday from 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Allegany Area Type I Diabetes Outreach

Located in Wellsville, NY. This Parent Group provides information, support and advocacy. Meets 4th Monday of the Month at Jones Memorial Hospital. Contact Elizabeth Schiralli at 585-593-3392.
