Join the team to Stop Diabetes in Rochester New York!

The American Diabetes Association is looking for a Lead Volunteer in the Rochester office. Are you looking for an opportunity with a set schedule and a strategic approach? Volunteering is fun, rewarding, and a great way to help engage your community in the fight to Stop Diabetes. You can make a big difference.

  • Support programs and services for people with diabetes and prediabetes
  • Assist with the recruitment and coordination of volunteers through churches,
    community centers, corporations, community websites, etc.
  • Support volunteer engagement in programs and outreach activities
  • Organize volunteer schedules and training activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • 6-12 hours per week
  • One year commitment requested
