Join the team to Stop Diabetes in Rochester New York!
The American Diabetes Association is looking for a Lead Volunteer in the Rochester office. Are you looking for an opportunity with a set schedule and a strategic approach? Volunteering is fun, rewarding, and a great way to help engage your community in the fight to Stop Diabetes. You can make a big difference.
- Support programs and services for people with diabetes and prediabetes
- Assist with the recruitment and coordination of volunteers through churches,
community centers, corporations, community websites, etc. - Support volunteer engagement in programs and outreach activities
- Organize volunteer schedules and training activities
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- 6-12 hours per week
- One year commitment requested
