Walking Group

Having others to be active with makes it more enjoyable. The SDI Walking Group meets twice a week at a variety of different locations throughout South Snohomish County. We've explored wooded trails and walked on paved paths at neighborhood parks. This is a great way to do something positive for your health with a fun and supportive group.

Workshop Series

Join us for a series of fun, interactive workshops led by diabetes experts. Healthy snacks will be provided at each workshop. Children 5 years and over are welcome to attend and will enjoy separate activities focusing on healthy habits.
