Black History Month

Black History Month is a time for Americans to reflect on the contributions African Americans have made throughout history while honoring our African American ancestors. For the American Diabetes Association it is also a time to reflect on the national responsibility of reducing health disparities in chronic diseases affecting African Americans, especially diabetes.
The American Diabetes Association is launching this new campaign in recognition of Black History Month. Get your church or community organization involved by downloading the forms. Sign up to join the American Diabetes Association in this fight to Stop Diabetes.
