In My Community

The educational conference, "From Head to Toe," is part of the Por Tu Familia program.

This event is designed to educate and bring optimal health message to the community.

It is free to the public and the day's activities include:

• Visits by elected officials
• Educational workshops in English and Spanish taught by doctors, nurses and certified diabetes educators
• Healthy activities with community organizations
• Entertainment and prizes.

Other services available may include:

• Mammograms
• Cholesterol tests
• Blood pressure checks
• Foot exams
• Vision exams
• Other information and resources about health.
