Camper Ages: 4 - 17 years

To help us keep costs down, please use our online registration system! You can register and pay for children with diabetes and their siblings.
- After the initial questionnaire, you will be prompted to download additional forms which you or your doctor must sign (about 18 pages!).
- If you prefer not to immediately download the forms, please choose the option to have them emailed to you with your Camp receipt.
If you do not pay the entire fee at registration, you may come back to this website and make additional payments online. Please try to pay in no more than 3 payments.
If you choose NOT to register online, please download the Camp Rainbow registration brochure in the upper right-hand corner and I will mail you all of the forms. Please make sure to send a deposit with the brochure form.
About Camp Rainbow
Thank you for your interest in Camp Rainbow! We hope this will be an educational and FUN experience for your child. Your child’s safety at camp is the primary concern of our outstanding medical staff.
The American Diabetes Association is committed to providing educational information and referral services for children with diabetes and their families, advocating for fair and quality treatment of children with diabetes in schools, and increasing federal funding for diabetes research.
This year, we can accept 150 campers ages 4-17 years old. We will also accept siblings in the same age range because we know that diabetes affects the entire family.
