About Camp New Horizons North

Camp New Horizons North provides a special time for children with diabetes — one of the best times of the summer and one campers will always remember. Children attending our camps will experience all of the fun of outdoor activities while learning valuable lessons on positive diabetes management. Our camp offers planned and supervised activities by health care professionals experienced in diabetes management and trained volunteers. An action-packed week of activities includes arts and crafts, games, sports, diabetes education and much more. Camp concludes on Friday with a field day and a family picnic.

Camp ParadeAdditionally, a one-day parent conference allows caregivers an opportunity to learn from health professionals who provides up-to-date information on diabetes, research, family dynamics and other related topics.
