The Together Rx Access Card is one of the many programs available that provides prescription assistance.

Sponsored by many of the nation’s leading pharmaceutical companies, the card provides immediate savings, right at your neighborhood pharmacy, on more than 300 brand-name prescriptions.

Savings are also available for a wide range of generic medicines and products used by people with diabetes, including

• blood glucose meters;
• test strip; and
• symptom support medication.

Each cardholder’s savings depend on such factors as the particular medication or product purchased, amount purchased, and the pharmacy.

There is no cost to enroll in the program or to use the card. It is absolutely free.

To qualify for the Together Rx Access Card, applicants must:

• have no public or private prescription drug coverage;
• not be eligible for Medicare; and
• meet income requirements.
