3 tablespoons minced fresh mint or basil
3 tablespoons chopped scallions
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Srirachi sauce
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt and ground black pepper, as needed
4 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 ounces shredded cabbage slaw mix (about 6 cups)
