1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 oz bag fresh baby spinach
2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Original Cheese Wedges
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded Mexican style cheese
1/4 cup reduced sodium, fat-free chicken broth
6 corn tortillas
6 cups shredded lettuce
3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
6 Tbsp fat-free, plain Greek Yogurt
