1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh chopped strawberries
2 peaches, peeled, seeded and chopped
6 oz non-fat, peach flavored Greek style yogurt
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
½ cup ice
