This Recipe Serves 4

Ingredients

Salad
9 oz bag Romaine lettuce
1 cup cabbage, shredded
¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

Dressing
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons gluten-free light soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl mix together all salad ingredients. 
  2. In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.

MAKE IT GLUTEN-FREE: Check that all ingredients you use are gluten-free and this dish can be gluten-free.
