Cranberry Apple Pear Chutney from Domino® Light & C&H® Light

This Recipe Serves 8
6 1/2 tablespoons Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
6 ounces whole cranberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
1 large Bosc pear, peeled, cored and chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Combine Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend, water, cinnamon and cloves in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat, add cranberries, pears, apples, onions and salt. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until fruit is tender. Remove from heat.
- Serve warm or cool to room temperature. Place in refrigerator uncovered for 1 hour, then cover tightly and store refrigerated for 1 to 2 weeks.
