Cranberry Apple Pear Chutney from Domino® Light & C&H® Light

This Recipe Serves 8

Ingredients

6 1/2 tablespoons Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
6 ounces whole cranberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
1 large Bosc pear, peeled, cored and chopped into 1 inch pieces
1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend, water, cinnamon and cloves in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat, add cranberries, pears, apples, onions and salt. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until fruit is tender. Remove from heat.
  3. Serve warm or cool to room temperature. Place in refrigerator uncovered for 1 hour, then cover tightly and store refrigerated for 1 to 2 weeks.
