Cinnamon Swirl Meringue Cookies from Domino® Light & C&H® Light

This Recipe Serves 6


3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon clear or regular vanilla extract
1/3 cup Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Preheat oven to 250ºF.
  3. In a large bowl, combine egg whites, cream of tartar and vanilla until foamy and soft peaks begin to form. Slowly pour in Domino® Light Sugar & Stevia Blend and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form. Remove 1/5 of batter; combine with cinnamon and set aside.
  4. Using a large pastry bag fitted with an open star tip, spoon cinnamon mixture down one side, then fill pastry bag with remaining batter.
  5. Pipe 12 kisses, 2-inches in diameter, 2 inches apart on each cookie sheet. Bake 2 hours. Remove from oven. Cool completely before releasing with a spatula.
  6. Store in an airtight container 3 to 5 days at room temperature.
