Sweet Potato Topping
2 (12-ounce) sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon trans-fat free margarine
20 ounces lean ground turkey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup onion, finely diced
1/2 cup cornmeal or oats (gluten-free oats if following gluten-free diet)
2 tablespoons ketchup
