1 1/2 cups Dannon® Light & Fit® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
1/4 cup minced scallions or chives
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
Zest and juice of one navel orange
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Fresh vegetables, for dipping


  1. Combine all ingredients except fresh vegetables in a blender and process until smooth. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use as a dip for fresh vegetables or as a salad dressing.
