This Recipe Serves 4


1 x 5.3 oz.-container of Light & Fit Black Cherry or Mixed Berry Greek Nonfat Yogurt with Zero Artificial Sweeteners

1 Tbsp. fruited vinegar (cider or raspberry)

1 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise

1/2 cup minced celery

1/2 cup minced scallions

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Salt and pepper

8 oz. cooked, boneless turkey breast, julienned

8 Bibb, butter or romaine lettuce leaves


1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, vinegar and mayonnaise; mix until smooth. Stir in celery, scallions, parsley and salt and pepper, mix well. Add turkey and mix to combine.

2. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each plate. Top each leaf with 1/4 cup salad mixture and serve two wraps per serving.
