1 x 5.3 oz. container of Light & Fit Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt with Zero Artificial Sweeteners 

2 Tbsp. lemon juice 

1 Tbsp. olive oil 

2 tsp. fresh chopped sage (1/2 tsp. dry-rubbed sage) 

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes 

1 lb. spiralized zucchini, cooked, hot 

2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese *optional 

Kosher salt, to taste

1. In a bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, sage and red pepper flakes and mix well. Add the hot zucchini noodles and toss to coat well. Serve with Parmesan, if desired, and season to taste.
