Research & Practice

Scientific research lives at the heart of our mission and informs all of the Association’s activities from our professional resources, such as the publication of research in our peer-reviewed journals, to medical guidance, which is shaped by advances in research, to advocacy for federal support of diabetes research and patient rights, to community education and awareness initiatives.
Our books for professionals are vetted by our staff and outside reviewers to ensure the most up-to-date clinical guidelines and research for doctors, nurses, educators and all other health professionals. Visit shopdiabetes.org.
