Thank you for your interest in the American Diabetes Association’s Community Campaign for Diabetes and Campaign for a Cure.

Community Campaign for Diabetes: Involves volunteers across the country that are contacted via telephone and asked to send letters to their neighbors to distribute the diabetes risk test and collect donations to support ADA’s mission. A similar campaign called The Campaign for a Cure allows the volunteer to mail friends, family, and co-workers.

It’s Easy to Get Involved
