Caring for Diabetes: Diabetes 101

A course in basic diabetes management for grandparents, neighbors, teachers, nurses, babysitters, child care workers, and other individuals who care for a child with diabetes.

Including special break out sessions, providing an overview of diabetes with regard to pumps, syringes, pens, insulin, carbohydrate counting, hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, glucagon, glucose monitoring, and hands on opportunities with exhibitors products.
