The Diabetes Wellness Day

The Diabetes Wellness Day is a community outreach event of the American Diabetes Association.  This event focuses on educating and empowering community members on health and the prevention and management of diabetes.  Held annually, the Diabetes Wellness Day is FREE and open to the public.  REGISTER TODAY and learn how to live healthy, be active, and improve the lives of all those affected by diabetes.
